Your settings

Updated Sep 22, 2026

A tour of creator settings — account, profile, images, saved shipping addresses, and the preference panels brands use to match you to campaigns.

Settings is where the parts of your profile live: who you are, where you work, what you create, and where product should go. Most campaigns are matched on what is in here, so it is worth a pass before you start applying.

What this is and when to use it

Use this page when you are setting up, when you change city or platform, or when a campaign asks for something your profile does not have yet.

Do not use it to:

  • Change a booking or an application — those live on the application itself.
  • Find out what a campaign pays — that is on the campaign listing, see Finding campaigns.

The settings sections

The rail on the left has five sections, plus a Preferences group that expands into five panels.

AccountYour name, email, password, and phone sign-in
ProfileYour display name, reach, and age group

ImagesYour profile picture
Preferences → PersonalBasic details about you
Preferences → SocialsYour Instagram and TikTok profiles

Update your account

  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Check the name and email shown under Account Information — these are your sign-in details.
  3. To change your password, use the Change Password card.
  4. If phone sign-in is available on your account, use the phone section to add or verify a number.

NOTE — Your account email is the one Relish uses to reach you, so keep it current.

Update your profile

  1. Open Settings → Profile.
  2. Set your Display name — this is what brands see.
  3. Fill in the Creator Details card: your reach and your age group.

Both fields appear on the profile a brand reads before approving you.

Set your profile image

  1. Open Settings → Images.
  2. Upload an image.
  3. Crop it so your face is centred, then save.

Your profile picture is what brands and their team see while reviewing applications. To take it down, use Remove profile image and confirm.

Save your shipping addresses

Managing your saved shipping addressesVideo coming soon

Saved addresses are used for product-seeding campaigns, so you do not retype the same address for every application.

  1. Open Settings → Shipping.
  2. Add an address and fill in the form.
  3. Mark one address as the default with Set as default.
  4. Use Edit to correct an address, or Delete to remove one you no longer use.

The default address is what new seeding applications use.

Fill in the preference panels

These panels are how the app and the brand work out whether you are a fit. None of them takes long.

Personal

  1. Open Settings → Preferences → Personal.
  2. Fill in your details.
  3. Save.

Socials

  1. Open Settings → Preferences → Socials.
  2. Add each platform you post on, with the full URL of your profile.
  3. Save each one.

IMPORTANT — A campaign that requires a platform you have not added will send you to a profile wizard instead of letting you apply. Add the platform first.

Expertise

  1. Open Settings → Preferences → Expertise.
  2. Select the tags that describe your content.
  3. Choose one as your primary expertise.
  4. Save.

Markets

  1. Open Settings → Preferences → Markets.
  2. Add the areas you will travel to for a visit.
  3. Save.

Collaborations

  1. Open Settings → Preferences → Collaborations.
  2. Choose your Main goal — what you want most from Relish right now.
  3. In the Compensation card, enter your reference rate for videos, for images, and a minimum rate.
  4. Save each card — the goal and the rates save separately.

NOTE — Reference rates are guidance for brands — they do not set what a campaign pays. Each campaign's compensation is set on the campaign itself, and payment is settled between you and the brand.
