Submitting your content
Submit your content after a visit or delivery, stay inside the file limits, and make sure the brand can read your post.
One thing is left at this point: hand over the content. Content is submitted from the application — you can upload files or point Relish at a post you have already published.
What this is and when to use it
Use this page when your visit is complete, when your seeding package has arrived, or when you want to know what the brand still needs from you.
Do not use it to:
- Find out what a status on your application means — that is Application statuses.
- Fix a booking or a reschedule — that is Applying and booking a visit.
Submit your content
-
Open the application and select Submit Your Content.
-
Look at what the campaign asks for — some campaigns want uploaded files, some want post links, and some want both.
-
Do one of the following for each required post:
- Upload files — add your photos or videos to the upload area.
- Paste a social link — paste the full URL of your published Instagram or TikTok post.
-
Check every post is attached and correctly matched to the platform.
-
Submit.
Your post URLs are what the brand judges the work on, so submit the final published link, not a draft.
IMPORTANT — You cannot submit content before the campaign's earlier step is finished. A visit campaign needs the visit marked complete; a seeding campaign needs the package delivered.
Upload rules
| Rule | Limit |
|---|---|
| Files per application | up to 10 |
| Image size | up to 25 MB each |
| Video size | up to 200 MB each |
| Image formats | JPG, PNG |
| Video formats | MP4, MOV |
A file over the limit is rejected before it uploads, and the app names the file and the limit. Compress it and try again.
Posting links must be public
Relish reads the numbers — likes, comments, shares, views — straight from the link you paste, so the post has to be publicly visible.
- A private or deleted post cannot be read. The submission still saves, but with no numbers, and the brand may ask you to submit a working link.
- If the app cannot load your posts, it says so and asks you to check that your profile URL is right and that your account is public. Fix the profile in Settings → Preferences → Socials, then retry.
After you submit
Once your content is in, the application sits at Posted and the brand reviews what you submitted. Relish notifies you if the brand needs a different link or a re-upload — fix it from the same application.
If the campaign asks for feedback
Some campaigns ask for a short feedback form after you post. The form is about the collaboration itself — how the visit went, how the brief landed — and the app shows it on the application as soon as you are eligible to fill it in. It does not change your status.
Where to go next
- Payment for a collaboration is settled between you and the brand outside Relish — there is no card or payment method to add in the app, and nothing to collect here. Questions about a specific fee go to the contact page.
- Something looks wrong with the submission — Troubleshooting covers the common cases.
