The dashboard
The brand dashboard — the six KPI cards, the Needs Attention Now queue, campaign health, recent creator posts, and the trend view that breaks each metric down by day, week, or month.
The dashboard is the first screen of an organization and the place to decide what to do next. It shows six headline numbers for the current organization, the items that need a decision right now, the health of your live campaigns, and the most recent creator posts.
What this is and when to use it
Use it when:
- You are starting a session and need to know what changed since yesterday.
- You want the review backlog, the scheduling backlog, or the live campaign count without opening each list.
- You need to hand a single campaign's setup gap to a teammate — the attention queue links straight into the incomplete draft.
Do not use it to:
- Decide on an individual creator — that happens in Review applications, which the dashboard links into.
- Track packages or shipping — those live in the operations queues, covered in Run daily operations.
- Change a campaign's content — open the campaign in the builder instead, covered in Create a campaign.
Read the KPI cards
Each card shows the current reading plus how much activity was recorded in the selected range, and each card has two links: the action link opens the queue or list behind the number, and the analytics link opens that metric in the trend view.
| Card | What it counts | Action link opens |
|---|---|---|
| Active Campaigns | Live campaigns, plus campaigns launched in the range | The campaign list |
| New Applications | Applications awaiting review, plus applications received in the range | The pending-applications queue |
| Needs Scheduling | The scheduling backlog, plus appointments booked in the range | The scheduling backlog queue |
| Posts Submitted | Tracked post submissions and the campaigns driving them | Recent posts |
| Total Reach | Total views across all creator posts for your campaigns | The campaign list |
| Total Engagement | Likes, comments, and shares across all creator posts | The campaign list |
Use the brand filter above the cards to scope the whole dashboard to one brand instead of All brands. The filter also applies to the campaign list and the operations queues it links into.
NOTE — A card's big number is the activity recorded in the selected range, while the smaller line under it is the current snapshot — live campaigns, the review backlog, or an all-time total. They measure different things on purpose, so they will not match.
Work the attention queue
- Open the dashboard and read the Needs Attention Now section: pending applications, overdue appointments, and draft campaigns, each with a count.
- Select the action next to an item to open the exact queue for it. Pending applications and overdue appointments open the Attention Queue page; draft campaigns open the filtered campaign list with a Finish your draft campaigns banner.
- On the Attention Queue page, use the tabs — Pending Applications, Overdue Appointments, Draft Campaigns — to switch views. Each tab carries its own count.
- When nothing is waiting, the section reads Nothing needs your attention right now and the queue page reads This queue is clear for the current dashboard scope.
- Use Go back to return to where you came from.
Follow a campaign's health
- Scroll to the campaign health section, which lists live campaigns that still need work.
- Read the setup items listed against a campaign — they are the same requirements the builder checklist enforces.
- Select a campaign to open the missing piece in the builder, or select the action to jump to the relevant queue.
Completed campaigns stay out of this list deliberately, so the section stays focused on work that still needs action.
Open the trend view
- Select the Trend view tab on the dashboard.
- Choose a metric with Select metric: campaigns launched, applications received, appointments booked, posts submitted, views recorded, or engagements recorded.
- Choose the bucket — Day, Week, or Month.
- Open Show filters and pick a range preset — 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
- Select Overview cards to return to the KPI cards.
If nothing was recorded in the range, the chart is replaced by a sentence naming the metric and the window, so an empty chart never reads as a broken page.
Check the last creator posts
- Scroll to the recent posts section of the dashboard for a preview of the latest submissions.
- Select View all posts to open the full Recent Posts page.
- Use Load more on that page to page through older posts.
Recent posts show the creator, the campaign, and a link to the published post. Scraped engagement figures are not shown there.
