Find creators
The creator directory and a creator's profile from the brand side — searching and filtering creators, reading their stage and activity, and reviewing the content proof a creator has submitted.
The creator directory lists every creator who has applied to your organization's campaigns, with their latest stage and activity. A creator's profile collects everything known about them in one place: their accounts, their work, and the content they submitted for your campaigns.
What this is and when to use it
Use it when:
- You are deciding on an application and want a creator's full picture before you approve.
- You need to check what a creator has posted for past campaigns before booking them again.
- You want to find everyone who is sitting in a particular stage across all campaigns.
Do not use it to:
- Decide on one application — the decision controls live on the campaign's queue, covered in Review applications.
- Email or invite a creator — messaging is not available from the profile; use Invite creators to a campaign or your own mail client with the address from the application.
- Change what a creator has submitted — submissions are a record, not an editable field.
Browse the directory
- Open Creators from the organization's navigation.
- Use Search creators to filter by creator.
- Use the stage filter — All Stages, Assessing, Scheduling, Scheduled, Completed, Posted, Archived — to narrow to where creators currently sit.
- Use the sort control to order by Last Activity, Name, Campaigns, or Posts.
- Read each row's identity, its stage badge, the campaigns the creator appears on, and the metric blocks: Upcoming, Last activity, Posts, and Views.
- Change pages with the pager at the bottom — 20 creators per page.
An empty result reads No creators found with Try adjusting your search or filters. until at least one creator has applied, in which case it reads Creators will appear here once they apply to your campaigns.
Open a creator's profile
- Select a creator's name in the directory.
- Read the profile hero: the creator's display name, handle, verification badges, creator type, and market.
- Read the stat cards for their tracked activity.
- Scroll through the platform previews — Instagram and TikTok — and the creator's portfolio of images.
- Read the Rates section when the creator has published rates.
- Use the external link icons on a platform preview to open that account on the platform itself.
Profiles are also linked from the places you already work: application cards and rows, the operations queues, recent posts, and campaign performance tables.
NOTE — The profile lives at
/agent/creator/<username>, which is not scoped to the organization. Reaching it from a link always carries the creator you were looking at.
Review submitted content proof
The profile's campaign history section lists each campaign the creator has delivered for you, with proof cards for the content they posted.
- Scroll to the campaign history and proof section of the profile.
- Select a proof card to open the content viewer.
- Play the submitted content inside the viewer, or move between items with Previous slide and Next slide.
- Close the viewer with Close preview when you are done.
When a creator has delivered nothing yet, the section reads No posted content yet rather than showing empty cards — that is the honest state for a new creator, not a loading failure.
When a profile is not found
A username that no longer resolves renders Creator not found, explaining that the profile link is no longer valid or that the creator has no public username yet, with Back to Dashboard to get out. That happens for a mistyped or renamed handle, not for a creator you have worked with.
