Getting started

Create your Relish creator account, verify your email, sign in, and finish onboarding so brands can find and approve you.

Joining Relish as a creatorVideo coming soon

Relish connects you with brands that pay you to create content. This page covers your first fifteen minutes: creating an account, signing in, and finishing the profile a brand reviews before it approves you.

What this is and when to use it

Use this page when you are new to Relish, when you cannot sign in, or when the app keeps sending you back to onboarding instead of your dashboard.

Do not use it to:

Create your account

  1. Open the creator sign-up page and choose the Creator option.
  2. Enter your First name, Last name, and Email address.
  3. Choose a password.
  4. Select Create account.

You are then taken to the sign-in page with your email already filled in.

NOTE — If Relish requires a verified email in your environment, you get a verification email instead. Open the link in it before you continue. The link only works for the address it was sent to, so do not forward it.

  1. Open the sign-in page. Select the Creator tab if it is not already selected.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Sign In.

Some accounts can also sign in with a phone number. When that option is offered:

  1. Enter your phone number and request a code.
  2. Type the 6-digit code you receive by text.
  3. The code expires after 5 minutes and you have 3 attempts to enter it.

NOTE — Phone sign-in is not switched on in every environment. If the sign-in page only shows the email form, use your email address and password.

Accept the Master Service Agreement

The first time you sign in, Relish asks you to accept the Master Service Agreement before any other screen loads.

  1. Read the agreement.
  2. Tick the checkbox.
  3. Select Accept & Continue.

You only see this once per version of the agreement. If Relish updates it, you are asked again.

Add your profile photo

Onboarding starts with your photo.

  1. Select the photo upload.
  2. Choose an image. Larger images are fine — you crop them in the next step.
  3. Adjust the crop so your face is centred.
  4. Select Save photo.

You need a photo before you can continue. Brands see it first, so pick something that makes you easy to recognise.

Tell us where you are based

Your location decides which campaigns you are shown, so it is worth getting right.

  1. Start typing your city or address in the Primary address field.
  2. Pick your address from the list that appears.
  3. If the app asks for a Zip / Postal Code, enter it.
  4. Select Continue.

WARNING — Check the area the app confirms after you pick an address. Campaigns are marketed by region, and a location on the wrong side of a state line can leave you looking at campaigns you cannot reach.

Choose your expertise

  1. Select the tags that describe what you create — scroll or search to find the rest.
  2. Pick one tag as your primary expertise.
  3. Select Finish onboarding.

You need at least one tag and a primary tag before you can finish.

Set up your public profile

Onboarding gets you in. The rest of your profile is what makes brands approve you — fill it in from Settings before you apply anywhere.

What to fill inWhereWhy it matters
Display nameSettings → ProfileThe name brands see on your profile and applications.
SocialsSettings → Preferences → SocialsA campaign that needs your Instagram handle will not accept an application without it.
MarketsSettings → Preferences → MarketsThe areas you will travel to for a visit.
ExpertiseSettings → Preferences → ExpertiseHow the app matches you to campaigns.
Profile imageSettings → ImagesShown to brands while they review your application.

TIP — Connect the platforms you actually post on. If a campaign requires a platform you have not added, the campaign page sends you to a profile wizard instead of letting you apply.
