What the brand portal is, how to sign in, how to choose an organization, and a tour of the shell — top bar, organization switcher, campaign search palette, and profile menu.

The brand portal is the manager-side workspace for Relish. It is where you create and run campaigns, review creator applications, manage your brand's locations and team, and watch what your campaigns are producing. Everything in it is scoped to one organization at a time.

What this is and when to use it

Use it when:

Do not use it to:

  • Apply to a campaign as a creator — that is the creator side, covered in Creator basics.
  • Change the organization's name, URL slug, logo, or the invite policy — those live in Organization settings and are restricted to the organization owner and Relish staff.
  • Send payments. Relish moves the money; the brand portal shows what a campaign pays, not a pay button.

Sign in and choose your organization

  1. Open the portal at /agent. If you are not signed in, Relish sends you to the sign-in page first.
  2. Enter the email address your Relish account uses and follow the sign-in prompt.
  3. If your account belongs to exactly one organization, the portal skips the picker and drops you straight into that organization's dashboard.
  4. If your account belongs to more than one organization, choose one on the picker page. The portal remembers your choice, so the next sign-in lands in the same organization.

IMPORTANT — Opening the organization root (/agent/<organization-id>) lands on My campaigns, not the dashboard. Open /agent/<organization-id>/dashboard when you want the dashboard.

If you land on No access, your account is not a member of any organization yet. Ask an organization owner (or Relish) to invite you, then sign in again.

Find your way around the shell

Every portal page shares the same top bar.

Relish logoOpens the dashboard for the current organization.
CampaignsThe full campaign list — every status, with status tabs and filters.
BrandsThe brands in this organization.
PostsRecent creator content published across your campaigns.
OperationsThe daily queues: scheduling backlog, upcoming appointments, and posts.
Switch organizationOpens the organization menu (see below).
Search campaigns (⌘K / Ctrl+K)Opens the campaign search palette.
Your avatarOpens the profile menu (see below).

The organization menu

Select Switch organization in the top bar. The menu shows the current organization, then three destinations:

  • Organization settings — the organization's name, logo, slug, website, and the invite policy.
  • Teams — the teams in this organization and their rosters.
  • Access — members, the role library, and access grants.

When you belong to only one organization, the switcher has nothing to switch to and the menu does not offer a list. The full list of organizations you can reach lives in personal settings instead — see Organization settings.

The campaign search palette

  1. Select Search campaigns in the top bar, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux).
  2. Type part of a campaign name. Results are the campaigns in the current organization, each labeled with its status.
  3. Press ArrowDown and ArrowUp to move through the results, then Enter to open the highlighted campaign in the builder.
  4. Press Escape to close the palette.

The profile menu

Select your avatar. The menu holds two groups:

GroupItemWhat it does
CreateNew CampaignOpens the create-campaign dialog.
CreateNew BrandOpens the create-brand dialog.
AccountSettingsPersonal settings — your display name, email, and password.
AccountSwitch to CreatorHands you over to the creator portal, if your account has a creator profile.
AccountHomepageThe public Relish site.
AccountSign OutEnds the session. From here it signs you out immediately; from personal settings it asks first.

NOTE — There is no notification bell anywhere in the shell. The signal surface is the dashboard's Needs Attention Now section, which is covered in The dashboard.

On a phone

On a narrow screen the same destinations move into a drawer: the campaign search, the campaigns list, the brands list, operations, organization settings, teams, access, and your account rows. Campaigns in the drawer also exposes Draft campaigns and Published campaigns shortcuts.

Switch organizations

  1. Open the organization menu from Switch organization in the top bar.
  2. Choose Organization settings to confirm which organization you are in.
  3. To move to a different organization, open personal settings and pick it from the Organizations list.
  4. Choose an organization card. The portal opens that organization's dashboard and remembers it for your next visit.

Start each day in the right place

  1. Open the dashboard and read the KPI cards and the Needs Attention Now section — see The dashboard.
  2. Work the review queue for any new applications — see Review applications.
  3. Clear the scheduling backlog and confirm upcoming visits — see Run daily operations.
  4. Finish campaigns that are still in draft, then submit them for review — see Publish a campaign.
