The campaign list for a brand organization — the five statuses a campaign moves through, the status tabs, sorting and filtering, and the per-card actions like duplicate, submit for review, see applicants, and mark as done.

The campaign lifecycle end to endVideo coming soon

A campaign is one brief: what content you want, where creators go or what they receive, over which dates, on which platforms. The campaign list is the index of everything your organization has created, whatever state it is in.

What this is and when to use it

Use it when:

  • You want to see every campaign, or only the drafts, the published ones, or the completed ones.
  • You need to find a campaign to edit, duplicate, or read its applicants.
  • You are checking whether a campaign is live yet.

Do not use it to:

The five campaign statuses

A campaign is always in exactly one of these states.

StatusShown asWhat it means
DraftDraftBeing written. Creators cannot see it. You can edit everything.
In ReviewIn ReviewSubmitted for review. Editing is limited until it is published or returned to draft.
PublishedPublishedLive. Creators can find and apply to it while its window is open.
CompletedCompletedClosed after the content cycle finished. No new applications.
ArchivedArchivedRemoved from the active surfaces.

Status only moves along permitted paths: Draft to In Review or Archived; In Review to Published, back to Draft, or Archived; Published to Completed, Archived, or back to Draft; Completed to Published or Archived.

WARNING — Completing a campaign is effectively one-way from the portal. The confirmation dialog says so plainly: completing closes the campaign to new applications and it cannot be republished from the app afterwards. If it must be reopened, contact Relish.

Find a campaign

  1. Open Campaigns in the top bar. The list opens newest first.
  2. Use the status tabs to narrow the list — All, Draft, In Review, Published, Completed. Each tab shows how many campaigns it holds.
  3. Use the brand filter to scope the list to one brand.
  4. Use the sort control to reorder — campaign name A–Z, or create date newest-first or oldest-first.
  5. Change pages with the pager at the bottom of the list.

Open My campaigns instead when you want only the campaigns you own. Drafts you have not finished appear there with an Edit Draft action.

NOTE — Search for a campaign by name from anywhere in the portal with the search palette — Search campaigns in the top bar, or ⌘K. See Get started in the brand portal.

Act on a campaign from the list

  1. Open the actions menu on a campaign card to see Preview, Edit, and Duplicate campaign.
  2. Choose Edit to open the builder, or select the card itself to open it.
  3. Choose Duplicate campaign to create a copy and open the copy in the builder — useful when the next campaign is last campaign with different dates.
  4. Choose Preview on a published campaign to open its public page. Drafts have no public page yet.
  5. On a Published card, use Mark as done to complete the campaign. The confirmation dialog explains the consequences before anything changes.
  6. On an In Review card, use See Submission to reopen what was submitted, or Cancel Review to pull it back into draft through the Cancel review and return to draft? confirmation.
  7. Use See Applicants on any card to open that campaign's applications.

Submit a campaign for review

  1. Complete the campaign's requirements — the builder checklist names every one that is missing.
  2. On the campaign card, select Submit for Review. The button stays disabled until the required fields are filled.
  3. Confirm in the drawer that opens, which restates the campaign's title, brand, cover, description, platforms, locations, and schedules.
  4. Select Submit for Review in the drawer. The campaign moves to In Review.

The rest of that flow — review, publish, unpublish — is Publish a campaign.
