Run daily operations

Updated Sep 22, 2026

The operations queues — the overview summary, every queue and what decision it needs, the per-queue filters and paging, and the inline actions for approving, rescheduling, shipping, delivering, and reminding.

Operations is the triage surface: every item across your published campaigns that is waiting on someone to act, grouped into queues. It answers "what should I do next" without opening each campaign.

What this is and when to use it

Use it when:

  • You are starting a working session and want one list of everything pending.
  • A creator is waiting on a shipping step, or on a reminder.
  • You need to chase the creators who have not booked, have not posted, or have missed a window.

Do not use it to:

  • Work one campaign end to end — that is Review applications.
  • Change a campaign's brief, dates, or budget — that is Create a campaign.
  • Resolve an approval-limit request — that is handled by Relish, and the queue links to the campaign it blocks.

Read the overview

  1. Open Operations from the organization's navigation.
  2. Read the summary line — how many items need attention in total, which queue holds most of them, and how many categories are clear.
  3. Read each queue card rendered below it, which previews the first few items in that queue.
  4. Select View all on a card, or a row, to open the queue's own page.

Queues with nothing in them are not rendered, and when nothing at all is pending the page reads All caught up — No pending operational items across your organization.

Only published campaigns produce operational items. Drafts, campaigns in review, completed campaigns, and archived campaigns never appear here.

Work a queue

  1. Open the queue from the overview, or from a dashboard link such as Open scheduling backlog.
  2. Read the page description — it states what the queue holds.
  3. Use the brand filter (All brands) to scope the queue to one brand.
  4. Use the search box — Search by creator or campaign… — to find a specific item.
  5. Read each row for the decision data it carries: the creator, the campaign, the reach, and how long the item has been waiting.
  6. Act on the row with its inline action, or select the row to open the application or campaign it points at.
  7. Page through longer queues with the pager at the bottom.
  8. Select Back to return to the overview.

An empty queue reads Nothing in this queue, or No matching items with the search term when a search is what emptied it. Use Select all on this page when a queue supports bulk actions.

Act on a row without leaving the queue

  • Approve / Reject on Pending Applications — the same decision as the campaign's review queue, without opening the campaign.
  • Reschedule on Overdue Follow-up — open the reschedule request for a visit that has slipped.
  • Mark as Shipped on Pending Fulfillment — record the shipment and its tracking, which moves the creator on to delivery tracking.
  • Mark Delivered on In Transit — confirm the product arrived, which moves the creator to the content stage.
  • Remind on Pending Address Confirmation — nudge a creator to confirm their shipping address before you can fulfil.

IMPORTANT — A Product Seeding application cannot ship before the creator confirms their shipping address. If the row is blocked, use Remind and come back once the creator has confirmed.
