Application statuses
Updated Sep 22, 2026
Every status a Relish creator sees on an application, what it means, and the one thing to do at each.
Your dashboard groups applications into a few tabs, and each application carries one status. This page is the full reference: what each status means for you, and what to do about it.
What this is and when to use it
Use this page when you are not sure whether an application needs something from you, or when it seems to have stopped moving.
Do not use it to:
- Work out how to book or resubmit — that is Applying and booking a visit and Submitting your content.
The short version
Only three statuses ever need something from you:
- Action Needed — book your visit, or confirm your shipping address.
- Scheduled — confirm your attendance, then turn up.
- Content Needed — post your content and submit it.
Everything else is either the brand working, or the end of the road.
What you see and what it means
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Assessing | The brand is reviewing your application. | Nothing. You can withdraw while you wait. |
| Action Needed — visit campaign | You were approved. | Book your visit. |
| Action Needed — seeding campaign | You were approved. | Confirm your shipping address. |
| Scheduled | You have a visit booked. | Confirm attendance once the visit is within 48 hours, then turn up on time. |
| In Progress — Being Packed | Your address is confirmed; the brand is preparing your shipment. | Nothing yet. |
| In Progress — In Transit | Your product is on its way. | Watch for delivery. |
| Content Needed — Completed | Your visit is done. | Create and submit your content. |
| Content Needed — Delivered | Your package arrived. | Create and submit your content. |
| Posted | You submitted your content. | Nothing. The brand reviews it and the final installment is released. |
The statuses that end an application
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Not selected | The brand decided not to move forward. | Apply to another campaign. |
| No Show | You had a visit booked and it was not attended. | Nothing on this application — it affects the campaigns you are offered next, so confirm or release visits you cannot make. |
| Withdrawn | You withdrew before the brand decided. | You can re-apply while the campaign is still open. |
Which tab an application appears under
Your dashboard merges visit and seeding campaigns into one flow, so a tab can hold both kinds:
| Tab | Holds |
|---|---|
| Assessing | Applications waiting on the brand |
| Action Needed | Approved applications waiting on you — book a visit, or confirm an address |
| In Progress | Visits booked, and packages being packed or on their way |
| Content Needed | Visits completed and packages delivered |
| Posted | Content submitted |
| Not selected / No Show / Withdrawn | Finished applications |
When a status looks stuck
Before you contact anyone, check these:
- Approved but no visit to book — the brand may not have added locations yet, or every slot may be full. The booking screen tells you which, and lets you message the brand.
- Approved seeding but nothing has shipped — your application only moves past Awaiting Address once your address is confirmed. If it still says Awaiting Address, submit the address again.
- Visit done but the status has not moved — the visit has to be marked complete before the content step opens. Give it a moment, then reload the application.
- Content submitted but still not Posted — check the submission saved. A failed upload or a rejected link leaves the application where it was.
If none of that applies, see Troubleshooting.
