Product seeding
How product-seeding campaigns work — confirm your shipping address, understand what happens while the brand packs your product, and track it to your door.
Product-seeding campaigns send the product to you. There is no store, no booking, and no travel — but there is one thing only you can do, and nothing moves until you do it.
What this is and when to use it
Use this page when you have been approved for a campaign whose card says Ships to you, or when the product has not arrived and you want to know why.
Do not use it to:
- Book a visit — seeding campaigns have no visit. See Applying and booking a visit for visit campaigns.
- Chase the content side after delivery — that is Submitting your content.
How seeding differs from a visit campaign
| Visit campaign | Product Seeding campaign | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the product comes from | You buy it in store | The brand ships it to you |
| What you do after approval | Book a visit | Confirm your shipping address |
| Progress stages you see | Scheduled → Completed | Awaiting Address → Being Packed → In Transit → Delivered |
| When your content is due | After the visit is completed | After the package is delivered |
Confirm your shipping address
This is the step that unblocks the brand. Nothing can be shipped until your address is on file.
- Open your approved application and select Confirm Address.
- If you have saved addresses, pick one from Recent Addresses to fill the form.
- Check the Shipping Address section and correct anything that is out of date — street, full name, phone, country, apartment or unit, city, state, and postal code. Only the phone number and the delivery notes are optional.
- Add Delivery Notes if the courier needs them — a gate code, a side door, a safe place to leave the box.
- Submit the form.
IMPORTANT — The brand ships to exactly what you enter. A missing apartment number or a ZIP that does not match the city is the most common reason a package never arrives.
TIP — Save your address in Settings → Shipping and set it as the default. New seeding applications then pre-fill from it instead of asking you to type it again.
What arrives, and when
Your application moves through four stages after approval. You can follow them on your dashboard card.
| Stage you see | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting Address | Approved — the brand is waiting on your address | Confirm your shipping address |
| Being Packed | Address confirmed; the brand is preparing your shipment | Nothing yet |
| In Transit | The product is on its way to you | Watch for delivery |
| Delivered | It has arrived | Create and post your content |
NOTE — When tracking is on file, you can see it on your application. Relish does not control the courier — delivery timing is theirs.
Deadline for your content
Your content clock starts when the package is delivered — not when you were approved and not when the brand shipped it. At that point your application card moves on to say your content is due. Check the campaign brief as well, for anything the brand asks for within a set window.
When something goes wrong
- Your address is wrong — open the address step again and correct it, then tell the brand through the campaign. Once a package is in transit it cannot be redirected from here.
- Nothing has shipped for a while — check that your application shows Being Packed rather than Awaiting Address. If it still says Awaiting Address, your confirmation did not save; submit the address again.
- The package says delivered but you do not have it — check the delivery notes and with neighbours or the courier first, then message the brand.
What happens next
Once the product arrives, create your content and submit it: see Submitting your content.
