Creator Scheduling Policy
Use this policy as the baseline for booking and completing creator appointments on Relish.
Scheduling windows
Schedule your visit only after your application is approved and an appointment is available. Appointment times are first come, first served and can close without notice as brands fill their capacity.
Double-check the confirmed date, time, location, and any campaign notes before finalizing your booking. If a campaign includes multiple locations, make sure you are booking the location you intend to visit.
Showing up on time
Arrive during your confirmed appointment window and be ready to complete the visit requirements listed in the campaign brief. Bring any information you need to check in with the location staff if the campaign requires it.
If you expect to be late, contact support as soon as possible. Late arrivals can affect the brand, the location team, and other creators trying to schedule the same campaign.
Reschedules and cancellations
Only book appointments you can keep. If you need to reschedule or cancel, do it as early as possible so another creator can take the slot.
Repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or missed visits may limit your access to future campaign scheduling on Relish.
During the visit
Follow the campaign instructions, respect the venue, and communicate professionally with staff. If something is materially different from the booking details, document the issue and contact support before leaving the visit unreported.
Do not claim a visit is complete unless you actually attended the appointment and fulfilled the required campaign steps.
Support and policy updates
If you run into scheduling problems, location issues, or confirmation questions, contact Relish support as soon as possible so the team can help before the campaign timeline is affected.
Relish may update this policy from time to time to reflect product changes, campaign requirements, or creator-account standards.
