Gypsy Kitchen DC pulls its menu from Spain, Greece, Morocco, and the Levant, and almost all of it is small plates made for sharing. Order a few for the table and you've crossed half the Mediterranean before dessert. Upstairs, the rooftop patio adds city views to the trip.
